The CLI, runtime SDK and HTTP/WebSocket service work independently of DSH. The DSH plugin currently accepts text prompts; native controls depend on the Agent, adapter and account. A2A task delegation is opt-in and disabled by default. Waking a caller requires its receiving host adapter.
